James Bennett Apothecary

We are located at 2049 Shiloh Road in Corinth, Mississippi.  Our phone number is 662-286-6914, our fax number is 662-286-5533.  We have a toll free number:  800-748-9034.  The pharmacy was founded by James Bennett in 1978.  Mr. Bennett has always devoted himself to the counsel and education of his patients.  Back in the late 1970's and through the early 1980's, this was considered a novel and radical approach to the practice of pharmacy.  Mr. Bennett's perseverance helped to change the profession of pharmacy to the direction of today.  He was truly one of the "pioneers" in the areas of patient counseling and, more recently, disease management.  He is a certified diabetic educator and is a speaker on Lifescan's PPDC program.  The disease management programs at the pharmacy are considered the model for the pharmacy school at the University of Mississippi, as are other programs.  The pharmacy was awarded the first and only pharmacy residency program at the University.  As a result of his lifelong hard work and vision, Mr. Bennett has achieved a large collection of awards and recognitions too numerous to list.  Patient education remains the cornerstone of our success and future.

Urgent Care Pharmacy

Urgent Care Pharmacy is located at 3112 South Harper Road in Corinth Mississippi.  Our phone number is 662-665-9660.  The pharmacy opened in September 2002.  It is a joint venture by James Bennett, Rich Gatlin, and Trevor Williams.  The early specialties of this pharmacy include an immunization program, an anticoagulation program, and compounding.
